This is an Animated GIF image that be found all over the Internet. It's 1024 pixels wide, wider than the gallery's 'resize' width of 740px (see PARAMS file), but animated GIF images can not be resized, at least not by ImageMagick convert. So the image you see is the original image scaled by your web browser.
