The St. James Park House in St. James Park,
the part that faces the Jerome Avenue entrance at 192nd Street. There
appears to be a space over the entrance for a sign identifying the building,
but there is no sign. The metal flag on top of the weathervane says 1897,
which is the year that NYC acquired this
parcel of land.
