The 
St. James Park House in 
St. James Park,
Bronx NY, April 2015.  The Park House fell into disrepair and was closed in
1991 and then restored thanks to a 
$300,000
grant from the federal Land and Water Conservation Fund (
more
info) and 
reopened
in 2007.  Judging from the gates covering the entrance, it does not seem
to be for public use.  I think it contains offices, conference rooms, tool
storage and perhaps employee lockers.  It does have public bathrooms,
accessible through exterior doors.
