Orchard Beach, May 14, 2017.  It's Mother's Day and also threatening to rain
at any moment; the little girl has the whole beach to herself.  This is the
north end of the big mile-long horshoe, curving around and ending in a
narrow rocky spit, as also does the south end.  The WPA put this beach here.
Prior to 1934 there were only some scattered islands.  Good
job too; the beach is still here more than 80 years later.
