The St. James Park House in St. James Park, Bronx NY, April 2015. The Park House fell into disrepair and was closed in 1991 and then restored thanks to a $300,000 grant from the federal Land and Water Conservation Fund (more info) and reopened in 2007. Judging from the gates covering the entrance, it does not seem to be for public use. I think it contains offices, conference rooms, tool storage and perhaps employee lockers. It does have public bathrooms, accessible through exterior doors.
