When the New Deal rebuilds a park, it gets no credit whatsoever. When a
latter-day "public-private partnership" does it, as in 1980-92, it gets a
HUGE PLAQUE. Actually this is more than a plaque; it is a
hatch that was used in the construction the NYPL stacks below the green[1].
